Rewernator ("we," "us," or "our") provides SUDOKU PALEXTARD (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we may collect, use, process, store, and protect information in connection with the App.

The App is a paid Sudoku game. Core gameplay is designed to be available locally on the device, but some technical services are used for premium and license verification, backend protection, analytics, diagnostics, and security.

1. What the App Offers

The App provides Sudoku gameplay in multiple puzzle formats, including 9x9, 12x12, and 16x16 boards. It is designed as a paid puzzle experience focused on gameplay, while also using background technical services to support premium verification, app integrity checks, diagnostics, and service reliability.

2. Information We May Collect or Process

We do not state that the App directly collects your payment card details or other financial account information. Payment and purchase processing for the paid App are handled by Google Play under Google's own terms and privacy practices.

3. Services Used by the App

The App currently uses the following services and infrastructure:

  • Google Play Integrity API
  • Firebase App Check
  • Firebase Authentication (Anonymous)
  • Firebase Analytics
  • Firebase Crashlytics
  • Firebase Cloud Functions (2nd gen)
  • Cloud Firestore
  • Firebase installation-related infrastructure and identifiers

These services support technical operations such as integrity verification, premium and license checks, anonymous installation mapping, event analytics, diagnostics, backend protection, and data storage related to app operation.

4. How We Use Information

We may use the information described in this Privacy Policy to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the App
  • Verify premium access, license status, and app integrity
  • Protect backend resources against fraud, abuse, tampering, and unauthorized access
  • Diagnose crashes, bugs, and technical failures
  • Understand how the App is used and improve gameplay, reliability, and performance
  • Maintain session state, installation mapping, and technical continuity
  • Comply with applicable law and protect our rights and the integrity of the App

5. Premium, License, and Integrity Protection

Because the App is a paid product, we use technical measures to verify lawful access and reduce abuse. This may include processing data through Google Play Integrity API, validating protected backend access through Firebase App Check, using anonymous identifiers for installation mapping, and using backend session or license records to support premium verification and service protection.

These measures are used for app functionality, fraud prevention, security, compliance, and protection of paid content and backend systems.

6. Analytics and Diagnostics

We use Firebase Analytics to process gameplay-related events, usage patterns, and security-related events. We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports and non-fatal diagnostic information so we can identify bugs, investigate failures, and improve stability.

Analytics and diagnostics data may include technical identifiers and technical app or device context reasonably necessary for those purposes.

7. Backend Services and Storage

The App uses Firebase Cloud Functions and Cloud Firestore as part of its backend infrastructure. These services may process or store information related to installations, sessions, integrity events, technical state, and other backend records reasonably necessary to operate, protect, and support the App.

The current premium and verification flow relies on backend verification and custom client-to-backend communication, even if some Firebase SDK components are present in the project.

8. Data Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell your data.

We may make data available to service providers that help us operate the App, including Google, Firebase, and Google Cloud services used for analytics, diagnostics, authentication, integrity verification, hosting, backend protection, and infrastructure support. This service-provider processing is used to run, secure, and improve the App.

We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, security, or operation of the App, our business, or users.

9. Legal and Operational Basis

Where applicable under local law, we may process information as necessary to provide the App, secure the App and its paid-access model, maintain service integrity, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests such as fraud prevention, diagnostics, and product improvement.

10. Data Retention

We retain relevant information only for as long as reasonably necessary for app operation, security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, analytics, legal compliance, dispute prevention, and related technical or business purposes.

Some retention periods may depend on how Google, Firebase, or Google Cloud services are configured or operate as part of the infrastructure used by the App.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information processed in connection with the App. These measures may include service-provider security controls, protected backend access mechanisms, integrity verification, and encryption in transit where supported by the relevant services.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. International Processing

Because the App relies on Google, Firebase, and Google Cloud infrastructure, information may be processed in countries where those providers or their infrastructure operate.

13. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not presented by us as a child-directed service. We do not knowingly collect personal contact information from children through the App. If you believe that a child has provided information in a way that raises a privacy concern, please contact us and we will review the matter.

14. Your Choices

You may choose whether to install or uninstall the App. Because certain technical services support paid access verification, security, diagnostics, and backend operation, some processing may occur as part of using the App.

If you have privacy questions or requests, you may contact us using the contact information below. We will review requests in light of the information we control and the technical role of our service providers.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we may publish an updated version and revise the Effective Date above.
